1. Who we are
Loopp provides cloud-based maintenance management software. For information used to operate accounts, subscriptions, security and this website, Loopp acts as a data controller. When a customer uses Loopp to manage its properties, jobs, tenants, staff or contractors, that customer normally acts as controller and Loopp acts as its processor.
Privacy enquiries can be sent to hello@loopp.co.uk.
2. Information we use
- Names, work email addresses, telephone numbers and account identifiers.
- Company, role, workforce and access-permission information.
- Property, job, quote, invoice, note, photograph and document information entered by customers.
- Login, security, device, browser, diagnostic and audit information.
- Subscription, billing and customer-support correspondence.
3. Why we use it
We use personal information to provide and secure Loopp, authenticate users, administer subscriptions, support customers, improve reliability, comply with law and communicate essential service information. Our lawful bases may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations and consent where required.
4. Service providers
Loopp uses carefully selected infrastructure and service providers for authentication, hosting, storage and transactional email. Current providers include Supabase, Cloudflare, OpenAI Sites and Resend. They may process data only for the services they provide and subject to their contractual safeguards.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where required, Loopp will use an applicable UK transfer mechanism and carry out appropriate risk checks.
6. Retention and security
Information is retained only for as long as needed for the service, legal obligations, dispute handling and secure backup cycles. Loopp uses role-based access, authenticated accounts, company separation, encrypted connections and access controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. Where Loopp processes data for a customer, requests may need to be handled by that customer. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
8. Changes
We may update this notice as Loopp develops. Material changes will be identified by a new update date.
