1. The service
Loopp provides maintenance-management software for business users. During a pilot, features may change, be unavailable or contain errors. Pilot access is provided for evaluation and does not include a guaranteed service level.
2. Accounts and permissions
Each user must use an individual account, keep credentials confidential and provide accurate information. Customer managers control invitations and permissions within their company workspace. Users must not attempt to access another company’s information or bypass security controls.
3. Acceptable use
Users must not upload unlawful, infringing or malicious material; misuse personal information; interfere with the service; probe for vulnerabilities without written permission; or use Loopp for illegal activity. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis to enter personal data and photographs into Loopp.
4. Customer content
Customers retain ownership of their content and give Loopp the limited permission needed to host, process, back up and display it to authorised users. Loopp retains ownership of its software, design, brand and documentation.
5. Availability and changes
Loopp will take reasonable care in operating the service but does not promise uninterrupted availability during the pilot. Planned changes, maintenance or security work may affect access.
6. Charges and limits
Paid plans, when introduced, will specify workforce and storage allowances, billing periods and cancellation terms. Existing data will not be deliberately deleted merely because an allowance is reached; new uploads or invitations may be restricted.
7. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Final commercial liability limits, warranties, payment terms and governing-law provisions must be agreed before paid service begins.
8. Ending access
Loopp may suspend access where necessary for security, unlawful use or material breach. Pilot participants may stop testing at any time and request return or deletion of their data, subject to legal obligations and backup cycles.
