MANAGER GUIDE

Set up the workspace and keep control.

The manager view holds the complete operational and financial picture.

    Set up your workspace

    Add your company details, properties and workforce members before creating live work.

  2. 02

    Create and assign a job

    Choose New job, add the location, priority, work details and photos, then select the right workforce member.

  3. 03

    Track and approve

    Follow acceptance and progress from Jobs or Calendar. Review completion notes and evidence before approving the job.

  4. 04

    Quote and invoice

    Create a quote when approval is needed, then produce a single-job or consolidated invoice when the work is ready to bill.

WORKFORCE GUIDE

Move a job from allocated to complete.

Use the mobile workforce view while on site. Every update is reflected in the manager workspace.

    Open assigned work

    Sign in from the invitation link. Your workforce page shows only the jobs allocated to you.

  2. 02

    Accept or return

    Accept work you can complete. If it needs parts, another date or a different skill set, return it with a clear reason.

  3. 03

    Start and update

    Open the job, check the address and notes, then mark it In progress when work begins.

  4. 04

    Add evidence

    Write clear completion notes, attach the required photographs and send the job for manager approval.

SUPERVISOR GUIDE

Coordinate the day-to-day workload.

Supervisors can keep jobs moving without needing access to every manager setting.

    Use the dashboard, Jobs and Calendar to see live work, deadlines and jobs needing attention.

    Coordinate delivery

    Open a job to update allocation, work dates, priority and notes while keeping the manager’s records current.

    Review progress and completion evidence, then escalate anything that needs a manager decision.
